Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note: During high - demand seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
• Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. 

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to all U.S. states. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at veintionecompany@gmail.com for assistance. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages 

My Cup of Tee Shop is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier, If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for replacement or reshipment costs. 

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. Theses fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
